Chef de Partie : Lake St Clair : Tasmanian Wilderness in BLACK HILLS, Tasmania

Our busy Restaurant requires a committed and qualified Chef de Partie to assist in the direction of kitchen and floor staff and in the preparation of our popular cafe and restaurant meals.
Subsidised accommodation can be provided in the local township of Derwent Bridge (5km from Lake St Clair) to the successful applicant who will then work an appropriate roster. This is a ideal job for those who love the great outdoors, bushwalking and trout fishing as these activities can all be conducted inside the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area.
We are located at Lake St Clair (2hr drive to Hobart), due to this the successful applicant should also have their own transport and ability to drive.
